David Evans (Director)

Was a Director and CIO for Aon Group worldwide. Prior to joining Aon David worked in a variety of industries at Board and Senior Management positions in the UK and Overseas. He has a mixture of senior Financial, Commercial, and IT experience and has a track record of implementing major change within companies.

Gordon Lindsay (Director)

Was Chief Executive Officer of RBS Trust Bank and then CEO of the Bank of New York Europe Ltd as well as being co-head of The bank of New York in London. Prior to that Gordon was Head of Operations and IT for Mercury Asset Management, Head of Operations for Warburg Securities and Director of Operations and IT for the Excess Insurance Group.

Mike Anstee (Director)

Held Executive Director positions in most Business and IT functions within the General Insurance industry. Was a member of the joint NU/London and Edinburgh Board responsible for merging the two companies. He was Chairman and Managing Director of a software company which he grew and developed before selling. Mike held a non executive director position with a plc software company until its sale. Mike is actively involved in education, he lectures at the University of Brighton and is an advocat of e-learning.

Paul had an extensive career with EDS the Global outsourcing group, where as CIO he was responsible for all European information processing centres as well as developing industry leading solutions that established EDS as a dependable partner in security critical relationships with key international clients.

Joan Lindsay (Company Secretary)

From 1974 to 1980 she worked for Mitsui Marine Fire Insurance Co. in their London office. After that she was with Willis Corroon from 1980-1998 in American Reinsurance and then Information Tecnology Division where she was Managing Director fom 1990 until retirement in 1998. She is now Company Secretary for The Hindsight Partnership Limited and Networks Centre Limited.
